1. What We Sell

RGBwars sells AI-generated short videos ("reels"). Each reel is sold exactly once: the moment a purchase is completed, the reel is removed from the store and no other customer can buy it. Your purchase includes the full-resolution video file and its narration script.

2. Previews

Before buying, you can watch a short preview of a reel. Previews are provided for evaluation only and may not be reproduced, re-uploaded, or redistributed.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed securely by Stripe in the store currency shown at checkout. After a successful payment you are redirected to a private page where you can watch, and download, your video and read its full script.

Your private link is your proof of purchase and your permanent access to the files — keep it safe and do not share it.

4. Licence & Ownership

When you purchase a reel you receive a worldwide, perpetual, exclusive licence to use the video and its script for personal or commercial purposes, including publishing it on social media platforms. Because each reel is sold only once, no other customer will be granted rights to the same video by us.

AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions; we make no warranty as to registrability of the content.

5. Refunds

Because a purchased reel is removed from sale and delivered digitally the moment payment completes, all sales are final. If the delivered file is faulty or you were charged without receiving access, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to download videos you have not purchased, circumvent preview limits, scrape the store, or interfere with its operation.

7. Liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
