About this reel
This faceless reel delves into the phenomenon of hypnic jerks, explaining how these sudden muscular spasms often occur with a feeling of falling or dream imagery just before sleep. It covers scientific theories, such as the brain's misinterpretation of relaxation signals and evolutionary reflexes from ancestral times. The mood is curious and engaging, mixing explanations with intriguing questions about why even well-rested people experience these jerks. Perfect for anyone fascinated by sleep mysteries or looking to share interesting facts about everyday phenomena.
